[Classweb-users] Library users looking up name of LC codes

The question has not been answered. Why not make LC classification
resources available for all to use? People are very clever.  Let us not
decide what they may make of these tools. OCLC has made WorldCat available
for all. Who knows how people are using WorldCat without fees. Why not
make available LC classificaiton products for the people?

Original msg:  Is there any way a library user could search the LC
classification system to find out what sections are about a particular topic?
Classification Web can do this, but library users don't have access to it.
