I am not sur how to interpret class number for: 

Economic theory. Demography--Demography. Population. Vital events--Births. 
Fertility--By region or country--Europe--General--General works 

Should it be HB991 or HB991.A3 for Europe "General works"?
LCC Paper version seems to assigns HB991.
