It appears that TR655 is not included in any of the TR number ranges 
under "Photography--Applied photography--Artistic photography"

until you expand:

Photography--Applied photography--Artistic photography--Collections
     TR650-654	Collections

and then
     TR651-654	By period

to see that
     TR655	2001-
