This was caused by a data error that will be corrected with tomorrow's update to Class Web.  Thanks for reporting it.

   In Class Web, Hierarchy browser, "RC570.5A-Z   By region or country,
A-Z," is hyper-linked. However, clicking the link merely moves one down
to RC570.7. There is no such link in either the Enhanced Browser nor the
Standard Browser.
