There is a problem with the expansion of:

Industries. Land use. Labor--Land use--By region or country-- ... --Cuba

  HD411-420    Cuba

Expanding HD413-416 yields a list, w/o HD416, showing:

HD415   19th and 20th centuries

But which should show as:

HD415-416      19th and 20th centuries
